1学会纪律，是要给市场交学费的。

有纪律的交易，会放很多钱在你的口袋里，同时，他也会取走一少部分，一个不变的真理是

纪律=增长的利润

2每一笔交易都遵守纪律，市场会报答你，但是当你不是100%去执行纪律的时候，不要宣称自己在遵守纪律。

3降低你的交易规模 在你亏钱的时候

所有的优秀交易员都在遵守这样的法则。

若每笔下单为5手的话，当你在连续亏钱的时候，为什么不把规模改成2个，减少我的损失，当我下两次交易开始盈利的时候，我再把手属加到5手。

4赚钱的单子不许亏出来

5你最大的亏损，不可以超过你的盈利。

看看自己的交易记录，到目前为止，可能你最大的利润是5点迷你标普，然后，全天的止损，都不可以超过这个数。

同时，连续两次最大止损之和，超过这个数，也不好。

6 发展一套方法，完善这套方法。
我要求我的徒弟，提前写下的具体市场的先决条件（设置好的）

第一个是必须参与到交易中，我其实不太关注他们的技术力度到底是什么，但是，他们必须要有自己的规则，面对市场波动有相应的措施和策略，游戏，你必须要有游戏规划。

如果你的技术力度（偶这里觉得系交易系统），在市场中，运作的不是特别好，这个时候不要回家想着彻夜发明一个新的出来

你要做的是，完善他，如果有一半的时间，这个技术力度都在运作，你要做的就是，完善他。

坚持的完善他。

7 做你自己，不要做别人（自己仓位心理舒适度）

在我漫长的交易生涯中，我从未在任何一笔交易中，规模超过50个单位（张），（即每笔下单不超过50张）

当然了，我也喜欢那样满仓拼的，譬如我的同事，大量100%或者200%的超仓交易。

对我来说，我的安全线在10%-20%的仓位上，如果我的单笔交易超过20手，我会成为“屠夫”，因为这样会干扰我的判断，是我的理智所不能处理的规模。而交易，自然一败涂地。

学会接受自己，接受自己的安全线，他能决定你的仓位和规模，决定你是谁。


8 留得青山在 不怕没柴烧

不要把自己处在危险的境地中，这比亏钱更危险。最坏的感觉，不是亏钱，而是失去了本金，无法再继续交易了。

这才是交易无法承受之重。

9 先做对，再做大

很多菜鸟新手，以为自己有了2万5刀，就可以做5-10个标普了，这样肯定没办法长久的

你凭什么认为自己可以足够的能力操作那么大的仓位和资金呢

我让自己的学生给我看交割单，连续多日，一手交易，当他们可以连续盈利十天的时候，再来逐步加规模


The market pays you to be disciplined.
Be disciplined every day, in every trade, and the market will reward you. But don’t claim to be disciplined if you are not 100 percent of the time.
Always lower your trade size when you’re trading poorly.
Never turn a winner into a loser.
Your biggest loser can?t exceed your biggest winner.
Develop a methodology and stick with it. don?t change methodologies from day to day.
Be yourself. Don?t try to be someone else.
You always want to be able to come back and play the next day. Once you reach the daily downside limit, you must turn your PC off and call it a day. You can always come back tomorrow.
Earn the right to trade bigger. Remember: if you are trading poorly with two lots you must lower your trade size down to a one lot.
Get out of your losers.
The first loss is the best loss.
Don?t hope and pray. If you do, you will lose.
don?t worry about news. it?s history.
Don?t speculate. if you do, you will lose.
Love to lose money. What I mean is to accept the fact that you are going to have losing trades throughout the trading session. Get out of your losers quickly. Love to get out of your losers quickly.
If your trade is not going anywhere in a given timeframe, it?s time to exit.
Never take a big loss. Only a big loss can hurt you. Please review rules #5, #8, #10, #11 and #15. If you follow any one of these rules you will never violate rule #17.
make a little bit everyday. dig your ditches. don?t fill them in.
Hit singles not home runs.
consistency builds confidence and control.
Learn to sweat out (scale out) your winners.
Make the same type of trades over and over again ? be a bricklayer.
don?t over-analyze. don?t procrastinate. don?t hesitate. if you do, you will lose.
all traders are created equal in the eyes of the market.
It?s the market itself that wields the ultimate scale of justice.
